If issued a marriage license based on false documents, can the marriage be annulled?

If someone submits falsified documents in order to get a marriage license, can the marriage license be annulled? False birth certificate and I.D. were used (not by me..)If issued a marriage license based on false documents, can the marriage be annulled?
Actually, it needs to be annulled to get the marriage off the books. Unless you do, the government will see you as married and you can't file your taxes as single. If issued a marriage license based on false documents, can the marriage be annulled?
If you had no knowledge of the false documents then yes, the person who falsified the documents or forms can get charged with a crime.

It's not an annullment when this happens though because the marriage was never legal in the 1st place as it was obtained through fraud.

In order for it to be annulled it has to be valid legally. basically same result though but under a different name
It doesn't need to be annulled because it wasn't a legal marriage to begin with. Point it out to officials and your marriage is void.
