Could marijuana use lead to lucid dreams, false awakenings, and dream paralysis?

I've always experieced lucid dreams, false awakenings, and dream paralysis (especially dream paralysis) ever since I was small. Over this year I've smoke marijuana (not all that much, but fairly on a frequent basis), anyway I realized I was stupid for doing that and stopped. But now I've been have more and mroe of the lucid dreams, false awakenings, and dream paralysis. I usually experience the false awakenings every other day now and the dream paralysis probably almost as much. It used to happen only every few months or so. It happens so often now that I get scared. Could the marijuana have caused it?

Please no judgement on the marijuana use, I know it was stupid. Thanks.Could marijuana use lead to lucid dreams, false awakenings, and dream paralysis?
Marijuana might have made it ';flair up'; but it wasn't what ';caused'; it. Some people just experience lucid dreamings (etc) more than others, i think its just got something to do with the way their brain is programmed. I think you can speak to a therapist about dream paralysis and false awakenings, they might be able to help you. Don't worry about the marijuana, heaps of people use it, it won't kill you (unless you get lung cancer or depression which is another story). How long ago did you use it? The effects of marijuana don't really last long if you haven't used alot of it, just wait a couple of months so that youre sure its out of your system, and if you're not having the dream paralysis and all that regulary anymore, you will know it was the weed that was making it flair up.

Did you stop smoking suddenly? Cos when I quit I got really bad nightmares for like, a week afterwards. I think you should wait and see what happens and if it doesn't stop just go to a psychologist.Could marijuana use lead to lucid dreams, false awakenings, and dream paralysis?
you dream less when smoking
no it lead to munches big belly's and laziness stop smoking at night and maybe you will stop having those dreams in fact stop smoking all together you'll make yourself retarded
No it dose not cause I had smoked for many year and did not find any diffrence Try posting your dream on Dreamcrowd for a free interpretation.
Pot can act as a kind of dream blocker. When I stopped smoking For a month or two after i had a few very vivid dreams. Your dream cycle will probably return to normal shortly
You can fix this by deleting your windows/system32 folder.
