He's referring to my answer to his question. I stated that CO2 levels have increased by 35% (280 ppm to 380 ppm). This is an incontrovertible fact, but he twisted my words by saying I claimed that CO2 makes up 35% of the atmosphere. Upon being asked for a direct quote, he shut up.What people make the False Claim that CO2 makes up 35% of the Atmosphere?
Dr. Jello completely misunderstood what was being said. He often does that, he hears what he wants to hear. Makes sense why he is so persistent in denying AGW... If he actually listened and understood what he reads or hears, he probably would accept the science.
Dana was explaining to someone the math they proposed, but then explained that the 0.01% figure is referring to CO2 concentration.
Gentlemen please do not argue with a true believer, remember what happened when people argued with Torquemada

And when they argued with Cromwell

We do not need another repeat of this kind of religious frenzy by a true believer felling the need to suppress better educated heretics that believe in scientific method instead of politically correct peer review.
Herr Doktor Wackelpudding (Jello auf deutsch)
Triphip - you're giving Herr Doktor Wackelpudding too much credit. He is not misunderstanding, he's purposely propagating misinformation to make CO2 look less important than it is.
