Fired and applied for unemployment and the employer put done and untrue reason. When let go there was no clear reason given. Can anything be done if and EMPLOYER makes a false discharge on your unemployment?
You can appeal, but I don't believe they didn't tell you when you were fired exactly WHY you were fired. Can anything be done if and EMPLOYER makes a false discharge on your unemployment?
In the state of Pennsylvania (and others) it is employment at will which means the employer can let you go and you can leave at anytime without explanation, however, if you or the employer share the reason for leaving with each other, it becomes a matter of fact, which may work in your favor. I suspect that if you fired and did not willfully quit, You may be entilted to unemployment benefits provided you were an employee with some tenure.
I am not sure of your question given the makeup.
Your best bet? Go get a lawyer or an advocate - they will take it from there (including UE benefits to wrongful discharge.)
If you have a valid case you will have no problem getting an attorney to take it. If all you are out for is UE bens for free, you are probably out of luck.
The best of luck to you.
